Refunds & Returns – We’ve Got You Covered!

We want you to absolutely love your Little Adventure Co. goodies! But we get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds to keep things smooth and stress-free.

Physical Products 🚀

If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help!

 

✅ Change of Mind? No worries! If your item is unused, in its original condition, and within 14 days of receiving it, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Just cover the return shipping, and we’ll sort the rest.

 

✅ Damaged or Faulty? That’s not the adventure we planned! If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@littleadventureco.com.au within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you ASAP.

 

🚫 What We Can’t Accept:

 

Items that have been used or aren’t in their original condition

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns

📦 How to Return: Just shoot us an email with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the quick and easy process.

 

Custom & Digital Products 🎨💻

Because our custom and digital products are specially made just for you, they cannot be returned or refunded—but we want you to be happy!

 

🔹 Custom Orders: Since these are made just for you, we can’t accept returns. However, if there’s a mistake or issue, let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right!

 

🔹 Digital Downloads: Once a digital file is sent, we can’t take it back (technology just isn’t that magical yet). But if you run into a problem, reach out, and we’ll help however we can!
